Join a group to explore what brings you joy. Less intense and not quite as in-depth as the Joy Intensive, the workshop provides a perfect setting to discuss what Joy means, to see how it manifests in your life and the life of other people in the group, to identify the feelings that accompany joy, to share with others special moments that made your heart overflow.
A one-day experience
During this all-day workshop, we’ll use a variety of creative exercises to explore and identify joy’s many facets. Known as the Post-it Queen (!), I’ll record all key elements as the day unfolds and I’ll feed the wall as I call it, giving you a visual summary of all that’s been discussed and shared.
By the end of the day, you’ll have a visual representation and a joy mantra that clearly identify what makes your heart sing. Repeat your mantra every day, It will spur you on to find the joy in the moment, to be the joy in someone’s life, to spread joy all around you. You’ll also outline a few steps you can take to pursue your journey on this earth in a joyous manner.
