Joy is many things

A silken feeling. A moment in time. An intermezzo of gratitude. A budding rose. A tender shoot. A small hand holding yours. A walk on a quiet beach. A shooting star. Joy is many things to many people.

Only you know what makes you
  • Clap your hands
  • Click your heels (even if only metaphorically!)
  • Laugh out loud
  • Burst out in song
  • Shout out
  • Glad to be alive
  • Appreciate the abundance in your life
  • sit in the stillness of the moment

Experiencing JOY

So, so many ways to experience joy. What's yours?

You've probably taken any number of workshops, spent a lot of time digging deep, looking for the essence, for the meaning of life, for ways to be in the world.

The JOY intensive is different. It's simple, uncomplicated. Exploring joy is pure fun. No need to work on yourself. Only to indulge in the pleasure of defining what brings you joy.

Take the time to smell it, taste it, feel it, define it. To outline what JOY means to you.To put it into pictures and words.

Give in to the pleasure

Spend a joyous time alone, with your partner or a dear friend, in the company of family, friends, or like-minded people who want to expand on the pleasure. People who want to ponder, listen, exchange, compare notes, find ever new ways of experiencing joy.

Keep knocking, and the joy inside will eventually open a window and look out to see who's there. Rumi
